Quilters Helping Others -
Sometimes others need a helping hand, or just to know that
they are appreciated for what they are doing. In this case, one of the Idaho PieceMakerS has a relative serving
in Afghanistan who asked for a few items for the soldiers. They were asking for coffee, M&Ms, Skittles,
and any other candy that did not melt. The response was pretty spectacular, and Connie was able to send several boxes
to the troops.
We received e-mails of thanks, and Connie shared a note she received from one
of the soldiers - yes, it was a tear jerker. She also received the following picture...
